At AurixAuto.com, we are committed to delivering your car accessories and care products safely, quickly, and reliably across India. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
AurixAuto.com is owned and operated by 360Mart Trading, having its registered address at 77/2 Pratap Enclave, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most rural areas.
- At checkout, you can verify if your delivery pin code is serviceable by entering it in the provided field.
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India only.
- In some remote or restricted areas, delivery may not be available. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to non-serviceability, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all orders above the threshold amount displayed on our website and at checkout.
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping charge will be applied and clearly displayed before you complete payment.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
- The applicable shipping charge for your order will always be shown on the order summary page before you make payment — there are no hidden charges.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods such as sale events, festive seasons, or special promotions, processing time may extend slightly. We will communicate any delays via email.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 – 4 business days after dispatch
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 3 – 6 business days after dispatch
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5 – 10 business days after dispatch
- These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- AurixAuto.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
5. Courier Partners
- We partner with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
- Our logistics partners may include services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shiprocket, and others.
- The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and the best available service at the time of dispatch.
- You will receive the name of the courier partner along with your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email at the address provided at checkout.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on AurixAuto.com and visiting the My Orders section.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier partner's website after dispatch.
- If you are unable to track your order or have concerns about its status, please contact us at support@aurixauto.com with your order number.
7. Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided by you during checkout.
- If no one is available to receive the package, the courier partner will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
- You may receive a call or notification from the courier partner before or during delivery. Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unresponsive recipient, or refusal of delivery by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply for a fresh delivery attempt.
- If an undelivered package is returned to us and the customer does not wish to re-order, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges in both directions.
8. Packaging
- All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- We use appropriate packaging materials including bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and secure tape to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.
- If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and contact us immediately at support@aurixauto.com.
- If you accept a damaged package and discover the product is broken or damaged upon opening, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete, accurate, and includes your flat/house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and pin code.
- AurixAuto.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realise you have entered an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@aurixauto.com. We will try our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee an address change.
10. Multiple Items in One Order
- If you order multiple products, they may be shipped together in one package or in separate packages, depending on availability and warehouse location.
- You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if your order is dispatched in multiple packages.
- In such cases, each package will be delivered as per its individual tracking timeline.
11. Delayed Deliveries
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain situations are beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, extreme weather conditions, or courier partner delays.
- If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.
- For significant delays beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@aurixauto.com with your order number and we will investigate and assist you promptly.
12. Lost or Missing Parcels
- If your order shows as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbours, building security, or any safe spot where it may have been left.
- If the package is still not found, contact us at support@aurixauto.com within 5 days of the tracked delivery date.
- We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and investigate the matter. Resolution may take 7–10 business days depending on the courier's process.
- If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
