At AurixAuto.com, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines our terms for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, please email us at support@aurixauto.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation by AurixAuto:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- In such cases, you will be notified promptly via email and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and labels intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation by the customer
- Consumable products once opened (e.g. cleaning pouches, sprays)
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly email us at support@aurixauto.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- We will assess your complaint and, if valid, arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@aurixauto.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Please do not return products without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by us, return shipping charges will be borne by AurixAuto.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. AurixAuto is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during the return.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- If the product is found to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the refund and return the product to you.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For orders paid via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking — the refund will be credited back to the same account.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
Refund Timeline Summary:
- Order cancelled before dispatch: 5–7 business days
- Approved return after delivery: 5–7 business days after we receive the product
- Defective/incorrect product replacement: Dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered subject to product availability.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant, size, or item, please contact us at support@aurixauto.com.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and the product must meet the return eligibility conditions mentioned above.
- Any price difference in an exchange will be collected or refunded accordingly.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Products returned in a condition different from the original (e.g. missing accessories or outer packaging)
- Products with visible signs of use or minor damage not reported at the time of delivery
- Partial orders returned from a bundle or combo purchase
8. Important Notes
- Refunds and returns are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.
- AurixAuto reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of AurixAuto / 360Mart Trading shall be final and binding.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
